Use the code in the alert messages PowerFlex Manager generates to identify and correct issues. The alert message data contains information specific to the generated alert.

PFXM01 Appliance storage is within optimal parameters. Info No action is needed.
PFXM02 Storage usage is between 75 and 90 percent. It is recommended that unnecessary files be removed. Warning Remove unnecessary compliance files or operating system images. If additional components are added to the cluster, consider disk expansion.
PFXM03 Storage usage is above 90 percent and at a critical state. Remove any unnecessary files from the appliance. Critical Remove unnecessary compliance files or operating system images. Consider disk expansion if additional components are added to the cluster. If space remains critical, contact Dell Technologies Support.
PFXM04 The operation cannot be completed because of an error during a firmware or software update. Critical Retry the operation. If the problem persists, download the latest update package from your service provider and retry the operation again.

To determine the reason for the error, look at the user interface logs or the console logs. PowerFlex Manager provides the name of the resource that failed, so look for logs that are related to that resource to identify the error.

PFXM05 The operation cannot be completed because of an error during a PowerFlex Manager virtual appliance update. Critical Check the network connection and access to the update package. Retry the operation. If the error persists, contact your service provider.

NIC100 The slot/integrated NIC X port X network link is down. Moderate Bring the switch port that is down.
NIC101 The slot/integrated NIC X port X network link is started. Moderate No action is needed.
TST001 The iDRAC generated a test trap event in response to a user request. Moderate No action is needed.
