Configure the Windows-based jump server to use the service port

Use this procedure to configure the Windows-based jump server to use the service port.

Steps

  1. Log in to the jump server VM using RDP or VMware console in vCenter.
  2. Open the Control Panel and double-click Network and Sharing Center.
  3. Click Change Adapter Settings on the navigation bar.
  4. Select and rename the new interface Flex-Support-VLAN###, where ### is flex-oob-mgmt-<vlanid>. Use the flex-oob-mgmt-<vlanid> value.
  5. Configure the IP address on the new interface: 
    IP Address - <> 
Netmask <>
No default gateway
  6. Save and close.
