Configure the PowerFlex compute-only nodes outside of PowerFlex Manager

Use this procedure to configure static routing on PowerFlex compute-only nodes for multi-tenancy and routed reachability from SDC to SDS.

Steps

  1. Start an SSH session to the PowerFlex compute-only node using PuTTY.
  2. Log in as root.
  3. In the PowerFlex CLI, type esxcli network ip route ipv4 add -g <gateway> -n <destination subnet in CIDR>.
    For example, esxcli network ip route ipv4 add -g 192.168.61.1 -n 192.168.60.0/24.
