There are UI changes for the VMware vSphere Client 7.0 U3x update:

  • On the Home screen, there is no Menu button. The new menu is next to vSphere Client.
  • From the Add DVSwitch menu, the New Host is no longer available.

Dell Networking S5200 series switches are now known as Dell PowerSwitch S5200-ON series switches. Dell Networking S4100 series switches are now known as Dell PowerSwitch S4100-ON series switches. References in the documentation will be updated over time.

Procedures in this book for using VMware vSphere apply to both VMware vSphere Client and VMware vSphere Web Client, except where noted.
