Connectivity considerations
- REST API calls to secure connect gateway are available only on SSL-enabled ports.
- The REST API access token is valid only for 30 minutes.
- The REST API refresh token is valid only for 24 hours.
- All the tokens are mapped with the IP address; if the IP address changes, the tokens are discarded.
- By default, the REST API functionality is disabled.
- REST API can be enabled only after you register secure connect gateway.
- The request URLs are available only on the respective HTTPS methods.
