Secure Connect Gateway REST API Guide

Global-level maintenance mode suspends alert processing and automatic case creation capabilities for all the monitored devices. During this mode, a yellow Maintenance Mode banner is displayed on top of the user interface. To manually enable global-level maintenance mode, on the secure connect gateway header, click Connectivity, click Toggle maintenance mode, and then click Turn on.
