Maintenance mode
The maintenance mode functionality suspends the alert processing and automatic case creation capability of secure connect gateway. If more than nine alerts are generated for a device, secure connect gateway automatically enables maintenance mode for the device. You can also manually enable the maintenance mode for all the monitored devices, for a specific device, or for devices in a custom device group.
The following table describes the parameters that are used to enable or disable maintenance mode:

| groupId | Identifier of the device group on which maintenance mode must be enabled or disabled. |
