With the surge in AI adoption and the complexity of modern infrastructure, there’s a need for solutions that not only address current challenges but also drive measurable progress forward. The Dell AI for Telecom Program launched in September 2024, and since then, we have launched over 30 use cases through 5 different launches that ensure we meet the evolving technology. Today, Dell introduces new telecom use cases created in partnership with NVIDIA and designed to empower operators with advanced AI, edge technologies, and real-world benefits.
This launch spotlights two new use cases with NVIDIA as we move from the core to the edge:
-
- At the core, we are bringing Smart Network Assurance with Infosys –Delivering intelligent network operations with Agentic AI, driving autonomy, reducing manual work, and optimizing costs.
-
- At the Edge, we have BrewVerse with XMPro – Revolutionizing manufacturing by combining Agentic AI with Edge AI for greater efficiency, safety, and smarter cost control.
Infosys Smart Network Assurance: Toward autonomous networks
The Infosys Smart Network Assurance (ISNA) is an Agentic AI-powered platform that delivers “Smart Network Assurance in a Box” for operators seeking to automate and simplify network assurance. ISNA is built for seamless integration, complementing existing Operations Management System (OMS) and/or Network Management Systems (NMS) tools without disruption. Its cloud-native architecture allows it to flexibly scale on-premises, in the cloud, or in hybrid environments. ISNA Agent Fabric offers a low code/no code framework that helps accelerate the development and onboarding of specialized network operations agents. The intent-driven multi-agentic orchestration feature of the solution helps operations teams realize the autonomous detection, analysis, troubleshooting and remediation of various operational tasks. With Agentic AI combined with supervised and unsupervised machine learning, ISNA automates vital assurance workloads and accelerates the journey toward autonomous operations.
Business outcomes include:
-
- Operational Efficiency: Automated fault detection, impact analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis reduce the load on human operators.
-
- Reduced Time to Repair (MTTR): Streamlined processes and cross-domain insights lead to faster, more accurate resolution.
-
- Incremental Adoption: Modular packaging lets teams focus first on their high-impact issues, then scale up as success is demonstrated.
-
- Cloud-Ready Integration: Open APIs and Dell infrastructure with NVIDIA GPUs ensure compatibility and performance at scale.
ISNA gives operators pragmatic steps toward fully autonomous networking, enabling efficiency gains and building lasting confidence in AI-driven operations.
BrewVerse: AI-driven manufacturing at the edge
Modern manufacturers need stable, high-quality output while maintaining the utmost safety and efficiency. With the rise of private wireless networks and edge computing, factories can process data on-site, responding instantly to shifting conditions and potential hazards.
Business outcomes include:
-
- Decisions in Real Time: AI models analyze sensor and machine data at the source, allowing immediate adjustments when performance or safety issues are detected.
-
- Safer Work Environments: Vision AI flags emerging hazards (like spills or equipment issues) and triggers alerts or interventions before problems escalate.
-
- Continuous Optimization Solution adapts setpoints and workflows on the fly, improving production yields and reducing waste.
-
- Predictive Maintenance: By monitoring vibration or thermal signatures, the solution schedules preventive checks, avoiding downtime and costly incidents.
With digital twins, manufacturing teams can simulate changes, collaborate, and make better choices to ensure high-quality and cost savings. BrewVerse is more than a technology – it’s an actionable path toward AI-powered, resilient production.
Powering what’s next: Edge AI, autonomy, uptime, scale
