Turning AI challenges into opportunities
Many organizations face hurdles on the path to successful AI deployments. Common challenges include gaining control over essential data and assembling complex ecosystems of hardware and software. Our Dell Technologies 2025 IT Strategy Pulse survey of global IT and business decision makers also shows that skills, cost and ROI remain top barriers for AI implementations.
This is where Dell brings unmatched value. In our survey, 95% of leaders say working with a trusted technology partner reduces the risks of adopting new technologies, and 90% agree that bringing AI to their data, where they control it and ensure its secure access and timelines, creates more value.
The Dell AI Factory was built to address these needs head-on, providing an open ecosystem of infrastructure, software and services to help you harness the power of your data wherever it resides.
Dell AI Solutions streamline automation for faster AI results
To get AI workloads into production faster, the Dell Automation Platform, now expanded to the Dell AI Factory, will deliver smarter, more automated experiences by deploying validated, optimized AI solutions with a secure framework. New blueprints for Cohere and Tabnine enable organizations to adopt secure, customizable agentic workflows or enhance developer efficiency with AI-powered coding assistance, addressing real-world challenges head-on.
By automating the deployment of optimized platform configurations, the Dell Automation Platform helps organizations reduce complexity, improve scalability and adapt to changing business needs.

Expanding Dell Professional Services for AI
To bridge the AI execution gap, we’re introducing turnkey interactive AI use case pilots—a low-cost, de-risked path to validate outcomes ahead of scaled investments. Led by Dell Services experts, pilots run on Dell infrastructure in a managed environment with real-world customer data and evaluated against defined success metrics.
Pilots are available for any use case, including, for example, an advanced research assistant, powered by the NVIDIA NeMo Agent Toolkit. A representative subset of tens of thousands of enterprise data sources that is ingested, combined with multi-step reasoning, delivers synthesized, accurate results in minutes. The pilot provides crucial insights and hits the primary KPI of reducing research time, proving solution feasibility and value creation and providing a seamless transition to scale.
Let’s unlock what’s next, together
These Dell AI Factory advancements help you move from challenges to outcomes faster by managing complexity and cost with a single, strategic partner—Dell Technologies.
