Symptoms

  • Microsoft SQL Serverバックアップは、NetWorker VMware Protection(NVP)vProxyアプライアンスを使用して構成されます。
  • 保護ポリシーのバックアップ アクションは、SQLアプリケーション コンシステント(MSVMAPPAGENT)バックアップを実行するために[Application Consistency]オプションを有効にして構成されます。
  • バックアップが失敗し、バックアップ アクション ログに次のエラーが報告されます。

Cause

NetWorker保護ポリシーのバックアップ アクションに、「アプリケーションコンシステンシー」設定のSQLインスタンス ユーザー ログインがありません。

Resolution

システム管理者権限を持つユーザーを含めるバックアップ アクションを更新します。

追加されたsys adminユーザー名を示すスクリーンショット


指定されたユーザー アカウントには、sysadmin権限が必要です。これは、SQL VMのSSMS(SQL Server Management Studio)で確認できます。

ユーザー アカウントにシステム管理者権限があることを確認します。
