Symptoms

无法从运行 OneFS 8.0.0.x、8.0.1.x 8.1.0.x 和 8.1.2 代码的 Isilon 群集通过 RemoteSupport （ESRS） 通道发送事件。管理员在 /var/log/isi_celog_alerting.log中看到通道 1 （RemoteSupport） 的以下错误：
 

2016-12-19T14：00：45Z <3.3> isicluster-4 celog_alerting：Main[43131:celog_main.py：63] ERROR：Sender process exited non-zero.设置 60 秒回退 2016-12-19T14：01：48Z <3.3> isicluster-4 celog_alerting：channel_updater[46404:channel_controller.py：56] ERROR：Check failed for channel 1.

Cause

此问题的可能原因可能是：
  • 为 ESRS 配置的无效网关访问池。
    • 这可以通过“isi remotesupport connectemc view”或“isi esrs view”查看。
  • /etc/ifs 中缺少esrs_provisioned （8.0.x） 或 esrs_eligible （8.1.x） 文件。

Resolution

此问题的解决方法取决于原因：
  • 为 ESRS 配置的网关访问池无效：
8.0.x
  • 从 WebUI 中，从群集管理>常规设置>更改网关访问池 ESRS>启用 ESRS 网关支持 > 添加或删除网关访问池
  • 或者，使用此 CLI 命令设置新的网关访问池： isi remotesupport connectemc modify --gateway-access-pools=<subnet>：<pool>
 
8.1.x（如果在 8.1 群集上启用了“isi remotesupport connectemc”，而“isi esrs”未启用，则使用上面的 8.0.x 过程）。
  • 从 WebUI 中，从 群集管理>常规设置>远程支持 > 配置 ESRS > 检查 或 取消选中 网关访问池 更改网关访问池
  • 或者，使用此 CLI 命令设置新的网关访问池： isi esrs modify --gateway-access-pools=<subnet>：<pool> --username=<my_name@company.com>
 
  • /etc/ifs 中缺少esrs_provisioned或esrs_eligible文件。
    • 修改网关访问池配置将在群集上重新生成此文件。
