Symptoms

OneFS 8.0.0.x, 8.0.1.x 8.1.0.x 및 8.1.2 코드를 실행하는 Isilon 클러스터에서 ESRS(RemoteSupport) 채널을 통해 이벤트가 전송되지 않습니다. 관리자는 /var/log/isi_celog_alerting.log 채널 1(RemoteSupport)에 대해 다음과 같은 오류가 발생합니다.

Cause

Resolution

  • WebUI에서 Cluster Management>General Settings>ESRSEnable ESRS Gateway Support > Add or Remove Gateway Access Pools에서 게이트웨이 액세스 풀을 변경합니다.>

8.1.x(8.1 클러스터에서 'isi remotesupport connectemc'가 활성화되어 있고 'isi esrs'가 아닌 경우 위의 8.0.x 절차를 사용하십시오).
  • WebUI에서 Cluster Management>General Settings>Remote Support >Configure ESRS > Check 또는 Uncheck Gateway Access Pools에서 게이트웨이 액세스 풀을 변경합니다.
  • 또는 이 CLI 명령을 사용하여 새 게이트웨이 액세스 풀을 설정합니다 . isi esrs modify --gateway-access-pools=<subnet>:<pool> --username=<my_name@company.com>
 
  • /etc/ifs에서 esrs_provisioned 또는 esrs_eligible 파일이 누락되었습니다.
    • 게이트웨이 액세스 풀 구성을 수정하면 클러스터에서 이 파일이 재생성됩니다.
