Symptoms

無法從執行 OneFS 8.0.0.x、8.0.1.x 8.1.0.x 和 8.1.2 程式代碼之 Isilon 叢集的 RemoteSupport （ESRS） 信道傳送事件。系統管理員在 /var/log/isi_celog_alerting.log 中看到下列通道 1 （RemoteSupport） 的錯誤：
 

2016-12-19T14：00：45Z <3.3> isicluster-4 celog_alerting：Main [43131:celog_main.py：63] ERROR：Sender process exited non-zero.在 2016-12-19T14：01：48Z <3.3> isicluster-4 celog_alerting：channel_updater [46404：channel_controller.py：56] 時設定回溯：檢查通道 1 失敗。

Cause

此問題可能原因可能是：
  • 為 ESRS 設定的無效閘道存取集區。
    • 您可以透過「isi remotesupport connectemc view」或「isi esrs view」來檢視。
  • /etc/ifs 中遺失的 esrs_provisioned （8.0.x） 或 esrs_eligible （8.1.x） 檔案。

Resolution

此問題的解決方法取決於原因：
  • 為 ESRS 設定的無效閘道存取集區：
8.0.x
  • 從 WebUI 變更叢集管理>一般設定>中的閘道存取集區 ESRS>啟用 ESRS 閘道支援>新增或移除閘道存取集區
  • 或者，使用此 CLI 命令設定新的閘道存取集區： isi remotesupport connectemc modify --gateway-access-pools=<subnet>：<pool>
 
8.1.x （如果在 8.1 叢集上啟用了「isi remotesupport connectemc」，而「isi esrs」則不是，請使用上方的 8.0.x 程式）。
  • 從 WebUI，從叢集管理>一般設定>遠端支援>設定 ESRS > 檢查或取消勾選網關存取集區變更閘道存取集區 
  • 或者，使用此 CLI 命令設定新的閘道存取集區： isi esrs 修改 --gateway-access-pools=<subnet>：<pool> --username=<my_name@company.com>
 
  • 在 /etc/ifs 中遺失esrs_provisioned或esrs_eligible檔案。
    • 修改閘道存取集區組態將會重新建立叢集上的此檔案。
