Symptoms

OneFS 8.0.0.x、8.0.1.x 8.1.0.x、8.1.2コードを実行しているIsilonクラスターからESRS(RemoteSupport)チャネルを介してイベントを送信できません。管理者は、 /var/log/isi_celog_alerting.logでチャネル1(RemoteSupport)に対して次のエラーを表示します。

Cause

この問題の考えられる原因は次のとおりです。
  • ESRS用に構成された無効なゲートウェイ アクセス プール。
    • これは、「isi remotesupport connectemc view」または「isi esrs view」で表示できます。
  • /etc/ifsのesrs_provisioned(8.0.x)またはesrs_eligible(8.1.x)ファイルが見つかりません。

Resolution

この問題の解決策は、原因によって異なります。
  • ESRS用に構成された無効なゲートウェイ アクセス プール:
8.0.x
  • WebUIから、 Cluster Management>General Settings>ESRSEnable ESRS gateway support > Add or Remove Gateway Access Pools からゲートウェイ アクセス プールを変更します。>
  • または、次のCLIコマンドを使用して、新しいゲートウェイ アクセス プールを設定します。 isi remotesupport connectemc modify --gateway-access-pools=<subnet>:<pool>
 
8.1.x(8.1クラスターで「isi remotesupport connectemc」が有効になっていて、「isi esrs」が有効でない場合は、上記の8.0.x手順を使用します)。
  • WebUIから、[ Cluster Management> ]から[ Gateway Access Pools ] を変更します。 一般設定>リモート サポート >ESRSの構成 ゲートウェイ アクセス プールの > チェックまたはオフ
  • または、次のCLIコマンドを使用して、新しいゲートウェイ アクセス プールを設定します。 isi esrs modify --gateway-access-pools=<subnet>:<pool> --username=<my_name@company.com>
 
  • /etc/ifsにesrs_provisionedまたはesrs_eligibleファイルがありません。
    • ゲートウェイ アクセス プールの構成を変更すると、クラスター上でこのファイルが再生成されます。
