症狀 - 伺服器

• iDRAC Web 介面沒有回應/遲緩/載入頁面逾時。
• iDRAC 無法回應或中斷 SSH 工作階段。
• 在 Lifecycle Controller 記錄中，經常紀錄與使用者進行重新啟動之伺服器或 iDRAC 無關的 PSU0800 事件。
  
   

由於監控程式逾時，Lifecycle Controller 記錄會報告 RAC0182 事件。

在模組化平台上，機箱管理控制器 (CMC) 可能會在機箱管理控制器記錄內回報多個受影響模組化刀鋒伺服器的多種系統執行狀況警告 (SWC8619、CMC8526、CMC8527)。

• iDRAC8 - 2.63.60.61 (2019 年 5 月初)
• iDRAC7 - 2.63.60.62 (2019 年 5 月底)

更新 iDRAC 的逐步說明：

    1.前往 Dell 支援網站。
    2.輸入產品服務編號或手動選取機型。
    3.存取「驅動程式與下載」功能表
    4.從下拉式功能表中選取「iDRAC」
    5.找到並下載最新的 iDRAC with Lifecycle Controller 更新。
    6.將此檔案上傳至 iDRAC 的「更新和回復」區段，以更新 iDRAC 的韌體 (需要重新開機 iDRAC)
