Symptoms

중지 기능이 비활성화된 스냅샷을 수행할 때 vCenter 6.5 이상에서 VMware 이미지 백업이 실패하고 다음 FATAL 오류 메시지가 표시됩니다.

Cause

Avamar 프록시는 'SnapShot Manager'라는 서비스를 사용하지 않습니다. 이 서비스를 사용하지 않으면 로그에 다음이 표시됩니다.

SnapShot Manager는 Avamar 유틸리티 노드에서 실행되는 서비스이며 TCP 8543(https://avamar.example.com:8543/snapshotmanager/)을 통해 액세스할 수 있습니다. 이 서비스를 모든 프록시에서 사용하는 경우 모든 스냅샷 작업(생성, 삭제, 통합)이 Avamar 서버에 중앙 집중화됩니다. 이 서비스를 사용하지 않으면 프록시가 표준 vSphere API를 통해 자체 스냅샷 작업을 수행합니다.

Resolution

해결 방법:    
Avamar Snapshot Manager가 다음에서 사용되고 있는지 확인합니다.   
  • Avamar 프록시가 TCP 8543에서 Avamar 서비스를 연결할 수 있는지 확인
또는 
  • 프록시를 다시 등록하거나 이 줄을 다시 
    /usr/local/avamarclient/var/avvcbimageAll.cmd
     주석이 없는 번호:   
--snapshotManager==<avamar-ip-address or hostname>
해상도:
이 문제는 Avamar 19.1+ 프록시 누적 핫픽스에서 해결되었습니다.  해결하려면 버전에 대한 최신 업데이트를 설치하십시오.
