Symptoms

После обновления SRSv3.52 до SCG и попытки установить подключение в шлюзе Secure Connect Gateway появляется следующее сообщение об ошибке: 
 Error: Failed to start session, due to RA Forwarder/MQTT connection timeout from available gateways

Cause

Эта ошибка вызвана поврежденным или отсутствующим хранилищем ключей.

Resolution

  1. Войдите в SCG как пользователь root
  2. Выполните следующие команды: 
    - docker exec -i esrsde-app rm /opt/esrsve/gateway/clientkeystore.jks
- docker exec -i esrsde-app /opt/esrsve/gateway/suseveupgrade.sh -configuresystem
  3. Перезагрузите SCG
