Symptoms

PowerProtect Data Manager 없이 독립 실행형 DDBMA를 사용할 때 다음 오류가 발생합니다.

다음 메시지도 표시될 수 있습니다. 
Verify that the agent-id.yml file exists in path C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\AgentService 

Cause

이는 알려진 문제입니다.
셀프 서비스 백업은 팝업에서 성공으로 표시되지만 .ddbmcon.gatherinfo 파일이 있는 동안 agent-id.yml 파일이 없는 경우 "ddbmsqlsv PowerProtect Data Manager critical Unable to set Asset ID" 오류가 발생합니다.

C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\AgentService\agent-id.yml
C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\MSAPPAGENT\settings\.ddbmcon.gatherinfo

Resolution

해결 방법:
이 문제는 v19.15에서 해결되어야 합니다.

해결 방법:
.ddbmcon.gatherinfo 의 이름을 변경하면 백업이 올바르게 작동합니다.
독립 실행형 DDBMA 백업에는 필요하지 않습니다.
