Symptoms

De volgende fout wordt waargenomen bij het gebruik van zelfstandige DDBMA zonder PowerProtect Data Manager. 
2023-08-01T05:52:42.961Z [TRACE_ID:8534b11c134ed526]3  ddbmsqlsv PowerProtect Data Manager critical Unable to set Asset ID.
Het volgende bericht kan ook worden weergegeven: 
Verify that the agent-id.yml file exists in path C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\AgentService 

Cause

Dit is een bekend probleem.
De selfserviceback-up wordt weergegeven in de pop-up, terwijl deze mislukt met de foutmelding "ddbmsqlsv PowerProtect Data Manager critical Unable to set Asset ID" wanneer het agent-id.yml-bestand afwezig is terwijl het .ddbmcon.gatherinfo-bestand aanwezig is.

Bestandslocaties:
C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\AgentService\agent-id.yml
C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\MSAPPAGENT\settings\.ddbmcon.gatherinfo

Resolution

Oplossing:
Het probleem zal worden opgelost in v19.15.

Tijdelijke oplossing:
Wijzig de naam .ddbmcon.gatherinfo en de back-up werkt correct.
Dit is niet vereist voor zelfstandige DDBMA-back-up.
