Symptômes

NAS 備份失敗。NAS 代理程式錯誤代碼： 
'ABNA0034'. Unable to connect to 'x.x.x.x' ([5203] ddp_connect_with_config() failed, Hostname: x.x.x.x, Err: 5203-Client creation failed. Timed out while connecting to address x.x.x.x

Cause

NAS 代理程式無法執行輸入命令的原因可能是多種因素之一：

1） PowerProtect DD 時間，且代理時間未同步。
2） NAS 代理無法 ping PowerProtect DD。
3） NAS Proxy 狀態不良好。

Résolution

1） 檢查 PowerProtect DD 時間和 Proxy 時間是否同步。
2） 檢查 NAS Proxy 是否可以 ping PowerProtect DD。
3） 重新部署 NAS 代理。
