Symptômes

NAS Backup is unsuccessful. NAS agent error code: 
'ABNA0034'. Unable to connect to 'x.x.x.x' ([5203] ddp_connect_with_config() failed, Hostname: x.x.x.x, Err: 5203-Client creation failed. Timed out while connecting to address x.x.x.x

Cause

The NAS agent could not run the input command possibly due to one of many factors:

1) PowerProtect DD time and the proxy time are not synchronized.
2) NAS proxy cannot ping the PowerProtect DD.
3) NAS proxy is not in a good state.

Résolution

1) Check that the PowerProtect DD time and the proxy time are synchronized.
2) Check that the NAS proxy can ping the PowerProtect DD.
3) Redeploy the NAS proxy.
