Removing the memory module
Prerequisites
- Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
- Remove the left-side cover.
- Remove the air shroud.

The following image indicates the location of the memory module and provide a visual representation of the removal procedure.
Steps
- Pull the securing clips from both side of the memory module until the memory module pops up.
- Slide and remove the memory module from the memory-module slot.
