Storage node prerequisites
If you plan to clone the snapshot save sets to conventional storage media, then use a NetWorker storage node as the mount host.
NOTE If you prefer to perform clones by using the local application host as the mount host, consider upgrading the NetWorker client on the application host to a NetWorker storage node.
Ensure that you complete the following prerequisites:
- NetWorker storage node 19.7 or later software is installed.
- Backup storage devices are configured on the storage node for the clone operations.
