Creating an Overclocking Thermal Preset

The option to create an overclocking custom preset is available only on systems that support the overclocking feature. Custom preset can only be configured and applied in system mode.

About this task

To create a CUSTOM preset, do the following:

Steps

  1. Switch the screen to the PERFORMANCE view.

    ADVANCED VIEW tab is added for those components that support Advanced settings.
  2. Click ADVANCED VIEW tab.

  3. Click TEST & SAVE after making changes.

    The system starts testing the new configuration.

  4. After testing, click Save to apply changes or Cancel to return to editing.

  5. Click Revert to remove all changes.
    NOTE:A message is displayed stating that the changes were not saved when you add some changes but did not test and save them.
