Instead of installing multiple separate packages, you only need to install the Alienware Command Center Package Manager. It then automatically installs all necessary components for your system.

The Alienware Command Center Package Manager installs:
- The core Alienware Command Center application
- Overclocking controls
- Peripheral installer packages
- Why is the file size of Alienware Command Center 6.x
different from other packages that are available on Dell
Support?
Unlike previous versions, Alienware Command Center 6.x fetches and installs all required applications through the Package Manager. This can result in a different file size compared to standalone application packages.
- What happens if my device shuts down during the
installation process?
If your device shuts down during installation, the process will automatically resume from where it stopped when you turn the system back on.
- Will Alienware Command Center 6.x be available for
older Alienware devices?
Currently, Alienware Command Center 6.x is available only for the latest Alienware and G Series laptops listed in this document. Dell Technologies is evaluating backwards compatibility for older models.
- How can I install Alienware Command Center 6.x?
You can install Alienware Command Center 6.x using:

- Can I install an older version of Alienware Command
Center?
No, you cannot install Alienware Command Center 5.5.x while version 6.0 is installed. If you attempt to do so, the installation will be blocked.
- If my device is in stealth mode and I open a game,
will AWCC automatically disable stealth mode?
No, your device will remain in stealth mode. If you want to switch to performance mode with lights, you must manually disable stealth mode.
- Which games stores are supported by AWCC 6.x?
AWCC 6.x supports the following game stores:
- Xbox Game Pass
- EA Play
- Epic Games
- Battle.net
- Steam NOTE:You must add the Steam games manually.

- How can I install AWCC 6.x on a non-Alienware or
non-Dell Gaming device to customize Alienware peripherals?
Go to Dell Support, enter your product details in the Identify your product or search support. Then, navigate to the Drivers & Downloads page and download the latest version of the Alienware Command Center 6.x (third-party) application.
- Why am I not able to access AWCC 6.x on my Alienware
device even though I have an Alienware Pro mouse and keyboard?
The new AWCC 6.x features for the Alienware Pro Mouse and Keyboard are available only on the devices listed in the Supported Platforms section.
- Can I undervolt my Alienware laptop using AWCC?
Yes, undervolting is supported on the following Alienware laptops starting from AWCC 6.3:
- Alienware x17 R2
- Alienware m18 R2
To maintain device security standards, undervolting is not available for other models.
