Removing power switch board

  1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
  2. Remove the:
    1. base cover
    2. battery
  3. To remove the power switch:
    1. Disconnect the power switch cable from the power switch board [1].
    2. Remove the two M.2x3 screws that secure the power switch board on the computer [2].
    3. Lift the power switch board away from the computer [3].
