Physical Disk In Failed State
- Issue:
- One of the physical disks in the disk array is in the failed state.
- Corrective Action:
- Update the Shared PERC 8 cards to the latest firmware available on dell.com/support. Replace the physical disk with a working one which is compatible with the old physical disk and is of equal or greater capacity.
