Component replacement guidelines

You can add or replace hardware components on your VxRail such as SSD (SSDs), power supply units (PSUs), system memory.

Before you replace any component, go to SolVe and generate the replacement procedure. For more information about how to use SolVe, see Using SolVe Online for VxRail procedures.

See the table in Supported hardware components for the components that you can replace. There are some hardware components that require you to contact the Dell Technologies support to arrange for repair or replacement.
