    • Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

      Dell’s Employee Resource Groups are communities within Dell where team members with common interests or backgrounds come together to drive innovation, create business opportunities and develop inspiring leaders. More than 54,000 unique team members participate in one of our thirteen ERGs, spanning 74 countries and over 463 chapters around the world. Our award-winning ERGs are recognized both internally and externally and are one way we demonstrate our company-wide commitment to an inclusive culture.

      The workplace is changing. How people work is changing. Technology now makes it possible to work from almost anywhere and Dell’s Connected Workplace program allows eligible team members to do just that, by choosing the work style that best fulfills their needs on the job and in their personal lives.
