Symptoms

  • PowerMax Storage Direct를 사용하는 EPIC 데이터베이스 보호 작업이 다음 오류로 실패합니다. error ABVSD0018.
  • 에 다음과 같은 로그 항목이 나타납니다. varlog/brs/sdmng.log:
errorCode: "ABVSD0018"
errorMessage: "An error occurred while reading the data from queue. Error code is 81."
  • 추가 로그 메시지는 다음을 나타냅니다.

Volume configuration may not be supported or disk may be encrypted.

Cause

PowerProtect Data Manager에서 판독기가 데이터를 보낼 때까지 대기하는 동안 쓰기 대기 시간이 갑자기 늘어납니다. 특정 데이터 청크는 대기 간격이 800초에서 2000초 사이여서 시간 초과 오류가 발생합니다. 일반적으로 PowerMax 볼륨의 느린 읽기 성능 으로 인해 이 동작이 발생합니다.

Resolution

문제를 완화하려면 다음을 수행합니다.
