この問題を回避するには、SecureWorks Red Encryptionサービスを一時的に無効にしてから、インストーラーを再実行してDell Security Management Serverをインストールまたはアップグレードします。これにより、PostGresデータベースが正しく初期化され、インストールされるようになります。Dell Security Management Serverが適切にインストールされると、すべてのDellのサービスが起動し、リモート管理コンソールが正常に動作します。すべてのDell Security Management Serverポリシーを確認して適用し、SecureWorks Red Encryptionサービスを再度有効にします。これで、Dell Security Management ServerとSecureWorks Red Cloakの両方が正常に機能するはずです。
