Symptoms

DNS設定の変更を試みた後、Unisphere GUIとCLIにアクセスできなくなります。管理サービスを再起動しても、問題は解決されません。また、ECOMがSP上で実行されない、または10分以上稼働し続けないことを確認しました。

MGMTを再起動するために次のKBを使用しようとしても、問題は解決されません。

データ 収集を収集すると、ECOMダンプ ファイルがあることを示しました。

KB 000021439ごとに各SPを再起動すると、ECOMは一度に10分間しか動作しませんでした。

Cause

この問題は、DNSコマンド「papi_clust_set.sh dns xxx」がタイムアウトし、ECOMパニックが発生した場合に発生します。また、Unisphereを使用してDNS設定を変更したり、新しいDNSサーバーを削除したりする場合にも発生する可能性があります。

メモ：ECOMがダウンしているため、トラブルシューティングのためにいずれかのSPに接続するには、IPMIツールを使用する必要があります。  

ログのトリアージとレビューでは、UnityシステムへのDNS変更の試行に失敗して、ハングしたバッチ ジョブが表示されました。

チェックに使用するコマンド: uemcli /sys/task/job show -detail 内部ログには次が表示されました。

Resolution

これは、Unity OE 5.2.0以降で解決されています。応答を停止したジョブが見つかった場合は、Dellテクニカル サポートに問い合わせ、この記事に言及してください。ハングしたジョブは、Unisphereの[イベント/ジョブ]セクションに表示されます。サポートは、KB 000059274の内部セクションを使用してハングしたジョブのクリアを支援します。

ハングしたジョブを削除した後、KB 000019807を使用してECOMサービスを再起動する必要があります。
