Symptoms

嘗試變更 DNS 設定後,無法再存取 Unisphere GUI 和 CLI。重新開機管理服務無法解決問題。另經判定 ECOM 未在 SP 上執行,或持續運作超過 10 分鐘。

嘗試使用下列 KB 重新開機 MGMT 無法解決問題:

Command: svc_restart_service restart MGMT
收集資料時,顯示有 ECOM 傾印檔案。

每個 KB 重新開機每個 SP 000021439確實可讓 ECOM 運作,但一次只能運作 10 分鐘。

Cause

當 DNS 命令「papi_clust_set.sh dns xxx」逾時並造成 ECOM 錯誤時,就會發生此問題。使用 Unisphere 變更 DNS 設定或移除新的 DNS 伺服器時,也可能發生此情況。

注意:IPMI 工具必須用來連線至任一 SP 以進行故障診斷,因為 ECOM 已關閉。  

分級和檢閱記錄顯示當機的批次工作,因為嘗試對 Unity 系統進行 DNS 變更失敗。

用來檢查的命令:uemcli /sys/task/job show -detail Internal logs 顯示下列內容:

Resolution

此問題已在 Unity OE 5.2.0 及更高版本中解決。如果發現回應工作停止,請聯絡 Dell 技術支援部門並提及本文。在「事件/工作」區段的 Unisphere 中可以看到當機工作。支援部門將協助您使用 KB 000059274的內部區段來清除停止的工作。
