O backup do cluster Avamar SQL está falhando com erro: Não é possível conectar-se ao cliente remoto

Symptoms

O backup Avamar SQL do cluster AlwaysON de hospedagem dupla está falhando.

A partir do registo principal do plug-in avsql:

From remote client avagent log we don't see any sub-workorder as the IP in question (10.x.x.22) cannot be contacted from backup IP of AlwaysON listener (10.x.x.81):
initiator_agent_ip="10.x.x.81"
remote_agent_ip="10.x.x.22"

 

Cause

Para ambiente de cluster SQL AlwaysON de hospedagem dupla, o FQDN (nome de domínio totalmente qualificado) dos nós SQL é resolvido para o endereço IP da rede de produção. Esta rede não tem acesso à rede de backup.

 

Este problema pode ser observado em ambientes multi-NIC ou onde existem vLANs diferentes envolvidas.

 

Resolution

Resolução permanente:
Atualize o Servidor Avamar para.

  • 19.7.100-82 ou posterior
  • A correção é incorporada no Avamar 19.7 e versões posteriores do software.
    • Novo sinalizador no arquivo avsql.cmd no VAR compartilhado AlwaysON: 
      • --clusternode=<SQL_node_name>(<IP_ADDRESS>)
