Dell Camera Connected to a USB 2.0 Port Cannot Record Video Using Dell Display and Peripheral Manager

Symptoms

The DDPM application may fail to record or capture video when used for recording.

Cause

Some video formats cannot be recorded due to USB 2.0 bandwidth limitations.

Resolution
