Symptoms
Source One Web search was unable to start the Search process with error:
Query service unable to start search process
Errors similar to the one below are reported in the ExJBquery.exe logs on the worker server:
Message : System call failed. (0x86040100) Cannot communicate with the database. (0x86040400) Unknown error (0x800400CF) [ExJBQuery.exe, ExASDBAccess.cpp(657).CExASDBAccess::GetIndexesToSearch] >{Invalid column name 'OperationState'. Native error: 207 SQL State: 42S22 }
Message : Search failed to execute: (0x800400cf)
Message : Failure building list of indexes for search. Error: 0x800400CF
Cause
The SourceOne In Place Migration database and SourceOne services are on a different version.
Resolution
Ensure the SourceOne database versions including the IPM database are the the same version as the SourceOne installation.
