Cause
EC가 인증 실패로 인해 배터리 관련 정보를 가져올 수 없고 충전을 중지하며 타사 배터리임을 확인했습니다.
Resolution
문제가 이미 발생한 경우 억제:
- 인텔 플랫폼의 경우 최종 사용자는 AC를 제거하고 컴퓨터를 2분 이상 종료한 다음 컴퓨터의 전원을 켜야 합니다.
- AMD 플랫폼의 경우 최종 사용자는 AC 어댑터를 분리하고 2분 이상 컴퓨터를 종료한 다음 전원을 두 번 켜야 합니다.
BIOS를 업데이트하여 문제를 해결합니다.
