Installing the Ethernet and audio board

Prerequisites

If you are replacing a component, remove the existing component before performing the installation procedure.

Steps

  1. Slide the Ethernet and audio board into the M.2 card slot on the system board.
  2. Align the screw holes on the Ethernet and audio board to the screw holes on the system board.
  3. Replace the two screws (M2x4) that secure the Ethernet and audio board to the system board.
  4. Turn the system-board assembly over.

  1. Install the system board.
  2. Install the memory module.
  3. Install the wireless card.
  4. Install the solid-state drive.
  5. Install the rear cover.
  6. Install the battery.
  7. Install the base cover.
