Removing camera

  1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
  2. Remove the:
    1. stand
    2. optical drive
    3. back cover
    4. hard drive
    5. system board shield
    6. cable holder
    7. memory module
    8. coin cell battery
    9. SSD card
    10. WLAN card
    11. heat sink
    12. processor
    13. system fan
    14. OSD board
    15. speaker
    16. graphics card assembly
    17. system board
    18. chassis frame
    19. display assembly
  3. To remove camera:
    1. Remove the M3 0.5x5 screws that secure the camera [1].
    2. Disconnect the camera cables [2].
    3. Remove the camera module [3, 4].
