Removing the side cover

Prerequisites

  1. Follow the procedure in before working inside your computer.
    NOTE:Ensure that you remove the security cable from the security-cable slot (if applicable).

Steps

  1. Press down on the release latch until your hear a click.
  2. Slide the side cover towards the back of the system.
  3. Lift the side cover from the system.
