Removing the intrusion switch

Prerequisites

  1. Follow the procedure in before working inside your computer.
  2. Remove the side cover.
  3. Remove the fan duct.

  1. Disconnect the intruder cable from the connector on the system board.
  2. Slide and remove the intrusion switch from the chassis.
