NWUI(NetWorker Web User Interface)에는 다음이 표시됩니다.

Failed to fetch latest counts for Dashboard and Error in fetching count of activities based on status from Monitoring service.

Cause

포트 9095가 NWUI 서버에서 수신 대기하지 않습니다.

 

Resolution

  1. NWUI 서비스가 실행 중입니다.
    Windows: tasklist | findstr nwui
    Linux: ps -ef | grep nwui

  2. NWUI 포트가 열려 있지 않거나 수신 중이 아닙니다.

    Linux:

    # netstat -ano | grep 9095
# netstat -ano | grep 5435

    Windows:

    > netstat -ano | findstr 9095
> netstat -ano | findstr 5435

 

참고: NWUI가 백업 서버와 통신하려면 포트 9095 및 5435가 필요합니다. 이러한 포트가 열려 있지 않거나 수신 대기하지 않는 경우 운영 체제 또는 네트워크 팀에 문의하여 NetWorker Server의 운영 체제 방화벽과 이 통신을 차단할 수 있는 네트워크 방화벽을 검토하십시오.
