Symptoms

Веб-інтерфейс користувача NetWorker (NWUI) показує:

Failed to fetch latest counts for Dashboard and Error in fetching count of activities based on status from Monitoring service.

 

З nwui.log:
Linux: /nsr/authc/logs/nwui.log
Windows: C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\authc-server\tomcat\logs\nwui.log

17:00:15.942 [https-jsse-nio-9090-exec-7] ERROR c.e.n.c.n.i.MonitoringApi - Error in fetching count of activities based on status from Monitoring Service. java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused (Connection refused)

Cause

Порт 9095 не прослуховується на сервері NWUI.

 

Resolution

  1. Служби NWUI знаходяться в робочому стані.
    Вікна: tasklist | findstr nwui
    Linux: ps -ef | grep nwui

  2. Порти NWUI або не відкриті, або не прослуховуються:

    Linux:

    # netstat -ano | grep 9095
# netstat -ano | grep 5435

    Вікна:

    > netstat -ano | findstr 9095
> netstat -ano | findstr 5435

 

ПРИМІТКА: Порти 9095 і 5435 потрібні для зв'язку NWUI з сервером резервного копіювання. Якщо ці порти не відкриті або не прослуховуються, зверніться до своєї операційної системи або мережевої команди, щоб переглянути брандмауер операційної системи сервера NetWorker і будь-які мережеві брандмауери, які можуть блокувати цей зв'язок.
