Symptoms

NetWorker Web 用户界面 （NWUI） 显示：

Failed to fetch latest counts for Dashboard and Error in fetching count of activities based on status from Monitoring service.

Cause

端口 9095 未侦听 NWUI 服务器。

 

Resolution

  1. NWUI 服务处于正在运行状态。
    Windows： tasklist | findstr nwui
    Linux： ps -ef | grep nwui

  2. NWUI 端口未打开或未侦听：

    Linux：

    # netstat -ano | grep 9095
# netstat -ano | grep 5435

    Windows：

    > netstat -ano | findstr 9095
> netstat -ano | findstr 5435

 

提醒：NWUI 需要端口 9095 和 5435 才能与备份服务器通信。如果这些端口未打开或未侦听，请与您的操作系统或网络团队联系，以检查 NetWorker 服务器的操作系统防火墙以及可能阻止此通信的任何网络防火墙。
