Search 업그레이드 중에는 루프에서 실행되어 의도한 대로 완료되지 않을 수 있습니다. 
업그레이드 상태는 /etc/puppet/status에서 xxxx.zip-completed로 변경되지 않습니다.

/mnt/search/log/puppet/puppet_agent.log에는 다음이 있습니다. 
Preparing...                          ########################################
                package crda-3.18-8.1.x86_64 (which is newer than crda-1.1.3-4.5.1.x86_64) is already installed
Apply SUSE patches failed with error code:254!

이러한 오류와 함께 루프에서 계속 진행됩니다.

Cause

이 문제는 CRDA 바이너리를 업그레이드하지 못했기 때문에 발생합니다. 컴퓨터에 이미 있는 버전은 업그레이드 중인 버전보다 상위 버전입니다.

이렇게 하면 SUSE Linux 업데이트에서 오류가 발생하고 Search가 업그레이드되지 않습니다.

Resolution

이 문제를 해결하고 업그레이드를 진행하려면 업그레이드를 방해하는 패키지를 제거해야 합니다.

검색 서버에 연결된 putty 세션에서 다음 명령을 실행하여 충돌하는 패키지를 제거합니다. 
rpm -e crda-3.18-8.1.x86_64
설치가 재시작되고 업그레이드 워크플로에서 적절한 패키지가 설치됩니다.

통합 Data Protection Appliance의 경우 RUCK 툴로 식별됩니다. 모든 검색 노드에서 위의 명령을 실행합니다.

DP8x00 모델의 경우 업그레이드를 시작하기 전에 두 인덱스 노드에서도 이 작업을 실행해야 합니다.
