Symptoms
The USB keyboard and mouse on the Alienware Aurora R15 AMD may not work during POST when USB port is disabled. An error message "Alert! Keyboard initialization failure" may appear in POST screen. The computer can boot to operating system, but the USB keyboard and mouse may not work in the operating system. This issue may be seen on all front USB ports, and on five ports on the rear of the computer.

Cause
This is expected behavior of AMD CPU.
Resolution
Connect the USB keyboard and mouse to rear USB 3.2 type-A port.
