Cause

오류 메시지는 Dell Encryption UDF 전용 정책과 함께 타사 CD 또는 DVD 버너 소프트웨어를 사용할 때 다릅니다. 오류 메시지에는 다음이 포함될 수 있지만 이에 국한되지는 않습니다.

  • 디스크를 사용할 수 없습니다.
  • 미디어가 호환되지 않음
  • 형식이 지원되지 않습니다.

Resolution

CD 또는 DVD 읽기 또는 쓰기 기능을 허용하려면 UDF Only 정책을 활성화해야 합니다. 정책을 사용하도록 설정하지 않으면 엔드포인트가 컴퓨터에 삽입된 CD 또는 DVD를 인식하지 못합니다.
