Symptoms

Наведене нижче повідомлення про помилку з'являється під час налаштування SupportAssist з інтерфейсу користувача Unisphere. 
Failed to Initialize with provided access key and pin. Retry later, check your configured gateway is supported.
If using 'Connect through gateway' option or contact your service provider (Error: 0x6400c60)

Необхідні порти відкриті і перевірка мережі проходить.

Трасування мережі показує «Обмін ключами сервера, запит сертифіката, Server Hello Done» у кадрі SSL і помилку «Невідомий ЦС (48)».

Cause

Ця подія може виникнути, коли в середовищі клієнта є зовнішнє обладнання, яке змінює інформацію про SSL-сертифікат.

Resolution

У такому разі налаштуйте зовнішнє обладнання так, щоб запобігти зміні відомостей про сертифікат.
Це дозволяє масиву Dell Unity успішно обмінюватися даними під час налаштування SupportAssist.
