Steps
- Open Microsoft Registry Editor (Regedit).
- Navigate to the following location: KHEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings
- Add a DWORD value for ReceiveTimeout.
- Set the value to 30 seconds (30000).This value must be a higher value in your environment
- Exit Regedit.
- Restart Internet Explorer.NOTE: Opening a new Internet Explorer window is not enough. Restart the Internet Explorer browser.
