SCG/VE 是以應用裝置的方式部署在 Hypervisor 環境中，例如 Vmware ESXi 或 Windows Server Hyper-V。裝置會執行 Linux 主機作業系統。

 

 

  1. 從命令提示字元中，使用命令列介面或終端機應用程式 （例如PuTTY （外部連結） 開啟 SCG/VE 裝置的 SSH 會話，並以 根 使用者身分登入。

    注意：  根和系統管理員使用者是在安裝 SCG/VE 裝置期間建立。  
    系統管理員使用者可用來存取埠 5700 上的圖形介面。  系統管理員使用者無法用來開啟裝置的 SSH 會話。 
    ssh root@
 
  1. 在 /tmp 目錄中將記錄檔複製到 tar dell 封存檔，例如/tmp/logs_archive.tgz。
tar czvf /tmp/logs_archive.tgz /var/lib/docker/volumes/saede_logs/_data /var/lib/docker/volumes/esrslog/_data  

 

  1. 完成時，執行命令ls -l /tmp/*.tgz  。這會列出 /tmp 資料夾中的封存檔案
 
  1. 結束 SSH 會話，然後使用安全複製通訊協定 （SCP） 命令列或使用 WinSCP等應用程式，從裝置上的 /tmp 資料夾複製封存記錄。
      
    scp root@:/tmp/logs_archive.tgz logs_archive.tgz
    注意：冒號 （:)區分遠端和本機檔案位置非常重要。
 
  1. 在 Dell 支援代表提供的上傳位置，將封存檔案從主機上傳至 Dell。
 
  1. 若要從 SCG/VE 裝置刪除封存檔案，請開啟 SSH 會話並輸入下列命令： 
    rm /tmp/logs_archive.tgz
